Very friendly staff, clean, comfortable slightly old style rooms. Perfect for what we needed and beautiful views. Irene was very friendly and full of local knowledge. She is also an exceptional chef and the breakfast was stunning. The breakfast was served at a leisurely pace and everything was delicious. A relaxing start to the day. We hope to come back again.

Very hospitable and friendly people. Quaint location. Had a room overlooking an inlet so could watch the tides. The place is a little dated, but the people make up for it. Food was terrific as well.

Great B and B. Extra large rooms. Awesome knowledgeable staff. They have a restaurant open to the general public and locals eat here. Best fresh seafood I've had in Ireland. The chef takes pride in what she cooks and will discuss it as well. All ingredients locally sourced when possible. The waiter will also check you in and she manages all the rooms !!! Wow.

Very friendly and motivated staff. You get pretty much anything you ask for at breakfast which is pretty amazing! Nice spot with the ocean in the backyard and birds such as herons regularly visiting the cove. Yet the rooms could use a little refurbishing as well as the balconies which definitely need some sort of separation. The people from next door standing in front of our rooms windows as we share a balcony? Has a pretty strange feeling. Besides the restaurant didn’t really convince us with its price for its value - might be my own opion though.

Incredible experience overall. Staff, Food & facilities all fantastic. Location is excellent in terms of walking to village for a pint or two & within short driving distance to local beaches. I couldn't recommend Heron's Cove highly enough to family & friends. The best thing is I can say it I'll definitely return again which is key for anyone in business is repeat custom & I'll definitely be requesting room number 4 for the view ive posted below. Waking up to this view automatically makes your day that little bit better.

If carlsberg did B&Bs this would be one of theirs. Loved every single thing about it. Amazing views, friendly staff and fabulous food in the restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back
